The Team Assessment will explore the key areas of your team’s performance (communication, relationships, alignment, execution, capacity and culture) as well as help you identify the next steps to address these areas of opportunity. This offering will include the assessment for 10 people as well as a 1.5 hour meeting to discuss the results.

Every leader is on a journey and no one has yet arrived. These coaching sessions are designed to create a growth mindset for the leader while providing practical tools they can apply with their teams. The leader will explore how to address their personal growth opportunities which may be decreasing trust on their team and minimizing their influence within their organization. These bi-monthly (1.5 hour) ) coaching sessions will help the leader become someone others get to follow as opposed to have to follow. At the conclusion of the coaching, the leader will be a more secure, confident, and humble leader.
